Appointments:
Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priority. When you call for an
appointment we will try our best to meet your schedule. We will ask for a credit card
number to hold your reservation.
For harmonious conditions please be on time.
We recommend that you leave valuables at home, Athenian Skin Care is not
responsible for lost items.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide a minimum
24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Time is our most valuable asset. “No shows”
will be charged for the full treatment scheduled. The booking of an appointment is
acknowledgement of these terms.
Returned Checks:
We graciously accept checks for payment. However, if the bank refuses a check we
will assess a $20 service charge.
Return Policy:
Returned merchandise will be graciously accepted for store credit only.
Gift Certificates:
Guests must bring the original certificate with them to
their appointment.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Gratuity is highly appreciated by our staff.
“No shows” with a scheduled appointment will
forfeit the gift certificate.
